PAYMENTS
CORPORATE
If you haven’t done so already then why not call us to open an account. Our terms of business are 30 days.
We accept all major credit/debit cards. Card payments must be made on, or prior to, the day of delivery.
PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
Payment is due by cash/cheque 7 days prior to delivery.
CANAPÉS, SPECIALITY AND THEMED BUFFETS, WEDDINGS AND AT HOME CATERING
We appreciate these are often planned well ahead of time. Please involve us as early as possible – we are here to help!
DELIVERY
A delivery charge of £5.00 will apply to all orders under £40.00.
All orders delivered after 4pm and those outwith the Glasgow area will be subject to a delivery charge of £8.00.
Delivery, uplift and wash up charges from £8.00 will apply when ceramic platters are provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cancelled after 2pm the day before your event are subject to a cancellation charge of 25% Orders cancelled on the day of your event will be subject to payment in full.
WEEKEND CHARGE
A weekend charge for Saturdays and Sundays including Bank Holidays will apply.

Whatever the occasion we can help with the arrangements.
HIRE OF EQUIPMENT
We can supply Linen, Cutlery, Crockery and Glassware and lots more! Please ask for details.
WAITING AND BAR STAFF
We provide pleasant and friendly staff to help at functions – please ask for details.
FLOWERS
Any type of arrangement, large or small – we can help.
VAT
Invoices will be subject to Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate.
