WEB-SITE ORDERS: should be placed by 4pm for next day delivery and by 4pm on Friday for Saturday, Sunday and Monday deliveries. Later orders may be accepted but will incur a ‘rush charge’.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Really Delicious reserves the right to substitute products without prior notice for any reason.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER: Your order will be confirmed by e-mail, so please ensure you check your order details. If your order confirmation is incorrect or you have not received it by 4pm the day before delivery, please call the Customer Service Team on 0141 418 0202 immediately as errors cannot be rectified later. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.00pm for assistance.

ORDER AMENDMENTS: You can change your order by using the ‘Edit Order’ function on the Website, up to 24 hours prior to delivery. Later amendments may be accepted but must be made by telephone to our Customer Services Team on 0141 418 0202. If you have already received an invoice for the order, a supplementary invoice or a credit will be issued to the value of the difference from your original invoice.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your order, please do so via the web-site (www.Really-Delicious.com) before 4pm on the day before delivery. If cancelled after 4pm, the order will be charged in full. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your cancellation, it will be deemed as not transmitted by you, and we will not take responsibility for failure to cancel your order.

DELIVERIES: All orders will be delivered to the Room or Person requested by you. If the Room or Person is not immediately available then your order will be left in the main reception area within your company. A signature will be required for proof of delivery. Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday and at Weekends. An additional Delivery Charge will however apply to Weekends and Public Holidays. Deliveries will not be made on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day, unless by prior agreement.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment can be made by account (by prior arrangement), and by MasterCard and VISA Credit Card, Switch/Maestro, Delta, or American Express.

PAYMENT: Payment for non-account orders must be made prior to the day of delivery.

PRICES: Due to daily fluctuations in market prices, the prices charged to your account may differ from those shown on our menus. Therefore the prices indicated should be used for guidance only. The price of the order will be confirmed to you as part of the email approving your order. You will not be asked to pay for the order until the price is confirmed in this email.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: Complaints must be made to the Customer Service Team on 0141 418 0202 within 24 hours of delivery, and where a signature acknowledging delivery or collection has been given. A senior manager or director will return your complaint call to ensure that you received a satisfactory response.

REJECTED ORDERS: Orders may be rejected if the official order form is not used or if the information supplied is insufficient or incorrect.

ALLERGIES: All our products may contain traces of nuts and other allergens.

ALCOHOLIC DRINKS: can only be purchased by customers aged 18 years and over.

SECURITY: We will not pass your name or contact details on to any party outside The Really Delicious Food Company Limited. We may contact you by email or post from time to time to let you know of special offers or provide information, recipes etc.
